My flagship coaching program Quietly Confident is designed specifically for introverted, highly sensitive, and neurodiverse professionals who want to build confidence, communicate clearly, and lead without losing their authenticity.

Online Coaching
60-min sessions delivered virtually, perfect if you want flexibility and convenience no matter where you are in the world.
Walk-and-Talk Coaching
90-min sessions in-person in London, UK, combining coaching with the calming power of nature — ideal if you prefer a more active experience.
Each coaching package includes…
Pre-coaching evaluation This will give me a deep insight into your challenges, so I can customise your coaching experience from day one.
Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching Across 6 months, we meet every 2 weeks, turning your biggest challenges into meaningful wins (twelve sessions in total).
Continuous support between sessions You'll be making a ton of progress between the sessions (that's the whole point ;)). And since I’m as invested in your success as you are, you will have continuous access to me via email or WhatsApp. It means you can get specific guidance whenever you need it most.
Access to bespoke assignments and coaching exercises If you're anything like me and love a good homework, I will make sure you have tools and frameworks to reflect on between our meetings. If you prefer to contain your coaching work only within our sessions, that's okay too.
Progress tracking assessment Throughout the process, we will assess your progress and adjust your focus if needed. You’ll see how much you’ve already achieved and see new opportunities to focus on. We’ll celebrate all your progress in our final session.
Bonus sessions for successful referrals I offer a referral program as a way to thank you for sharing your positive experience with others. If they join, you’ll receive a complimentary month of coaching as a thank-you for paying it forward!
Private coaching starts at £400 monthly with a 6-month commitment. Payment plans available.
