Walking side by side removes the intensity of direct eye contact. For many introverts and HSPs, this makes it significantly easier to open up, think out loud, and tackle topics that feel difficult to discuss across a desk.Nature resets an overstimulated mind

Here's what the program includes:
Pre-coaching evaluation Before we begin, you'll complete a deep-dive evaluation so I understand your challenges, context, and goals from day one.Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching over 6 months We meet every two weeks for 50 minutes (online) or 90 minutes (walk & talk in London). Twelve sessions in total — enough time to make real, lasting change.Support between sessions You'll be making a ton of progress between the sessions (that's the whole point ;)). You'll have direct access to me via email or WhatsApp for guidance when you need it most — not just on the days we meet.Bespoke assignments and tools I'll give you practical frameworks, reflection exercises, and tools tailored to your specific challenges. If you love a good homework, great. If you prefer to keep the work within sessions, that works too.Progress tracking We'll track your growth throughout — so you can see how far you've come, not just how far you have to go. We'll celebrate everything you've built in our final session.Bonus sessions for successful referrals I offer a referral program as a way to thank you for sharing your positive experience with others.
